Call Back Notification
With call back notification whenever someone leaves you a message the system will continually call you at
predetermined intervals until you acknowledge the message. When a message is left, the system places a
call back immediately, in 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, and then every hour
thereafter until the message is picked up.
Call back numbers can be added over the phone or with our WebLINK
internet control panel. You can even add special codes or extensions needed to complete a call.
This feature is included with every voicemail box and can be used in combination with paging (also included
with each voicemail box) so that if we can't find you by phone, we'll page you to let you know there's a
message waiting for you.
