Internal Call Transfer

Transfer callers internally between the extensions of your toll free system just like large corporations. For example, a support rep at extension 84 in Boston can transfer a caller to a sales rep at extension 89 in Los Angeles.

To transfer a call between extensions dial *5, then enter the extension followed by #. In other words, if you are speaking with a customer and want to transfer them to extension 87, you would dial *587# and the call would be transferred.

You can even transfer callers to any phone number!
