When a caller dials your toll free number, the custom main greeting plays a recorded message giving the caller different options to choose from. For example, "Thank you for calling ABC Company. Dial 1 for sales, 2 for support, 8 for the dial-by-name directory, or 0 for the operator." This feature eliminates the need for a secretary to answer and route calls.
